‘MoM A Rock Musical’ shakes rafters at Playwrights Theater in Madison
Five housewives decide their lives need a jolt from suburban living and somehow join forces to create their own rock band. That is the premise for “MoM A Rock Concert Musical,” by Richard Caliban.
The talented cast members all sing, play instruments, tell their stories, and keep the production lively. Playwrights Theatre in Madison isn’t the ideal setting for this ‘live’ entertainment, despite groupings of café chairs and tables on the Playhouse floor. But the show swings, nonetheless.
